Lesley Evans
Lesley has spent all of her career in the NHS and retired in March 2025, She has worked in all sectors of the NHS and for many years she has worked at Board level.
Before her retirement she was Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer at OHP helping to shape the partnership from inception to what we see today. She now acts as Non-Executive Director to the Board supporting the partners with strategic input. Her main areas where she leads on is Practice Transformation and Development and Board development.

Lesley is a qualified Accountant, a NLP Practitioner and holds an Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification with the Institute of Leadership. She is also a Trustee at a charity based in Redditch, Worcestershire that provides support and care to Adult with learning disabilities.
Outside her professional life Lesley lives in Redditch with her family, she loves visits to the theatre and owns a motor home. Her biggest passion is traveling and exploring different parts of the world.
