WHAT GPs COMMIT TO WHEN SIGNING OUR PARTNERSHIP DEED

<strong><strong>Quality management standards</strong></strong>
  • Compliance with our quality assurance systems
  • Install and use our approved intranet to securely collect data for quality assurance (incident reporting and complaints)
  • Becoming a registered location under our single CQC provider registration
  • Be rated at least good by CQC or have a robust action plan in place to get there
<strong>Finance processes</strong>
  • Use a centrally procured accounting platform and submit monthly and year end  bookkeeping information to BDO and answer month and year end queries
  • Participate in finance training
  • Switch to one central banking provider
  • Submit monthly payroll data to OHP procured payroll provider and authorise BACs payment to staff
  • Submit VAT returns on time
  • Pay annual subscriptions on time (quarterly payment)
