TEST, DEVELOP, SCALE AND SPREAD

We have designed a programme (called the Primary Care Accelerator) to understand what you would like to see in primary care innovation. Source new products, test them, develop them and scale them beyond our estate. While doing this we will also be able to participate in their future economic success through taking equity. The process is detailed as below:

Test

We design tests of technology in partnership with practices and tech providers to understand if the technology works.

Develop

By helping the providers understand the key strengths and weaknesses of their technology, we develop a strategy to build correctly for primary care.

Scale

Using our collective understanding of how to scale, we build the key components needed with providers to get them into the wider OHP network.

Spread

Once we have proven the solutions to work at small and medium scale, we spread them to the wider GP community.

TEAM

Vish will be supporting our programme to keep the innovations grounded in the reality of the problems faced today in GP Practice.
